PrincipalAs a Principal of Snow Peak Customs, Justin provides strategic and financial leadership that supports the company’s long-term vision and commitment to operational excellence. He oversees financial planning, reporting, and internal controls while helping shape the systems, processes, and internal structure that allow projects to be delivered with precision, efficiency, and consistency. His approach ensures stability, accountability, and alignment across every phase of a project—from early planning through completion.
In addition to financial oversight, Justin plays a key role in guiding sustainable growth, evaluating opportunities, and supporting the operational framework that allows the team to perform at a high level while maintaining Snow Peak’s standards of quality and client experience. With a deep love for the Tetons, Justin is passionate about growing Snow Peak Customs with intention—balancing thoughtful expansion with the structure and discipline required to uphold the firm’s reputation for excellence and long-term performance.
Amy leigh prosser
Owner + CEOAmy has spent over two decades building homes in Oklahoma, earning trust through consistency, craftsmanship, and long-standing client relationships. Her work is rooted in reliability and care—values that continue to guide every project she undertakes. When a longtime client asked her to build their vacation home in Driggs, Idaho, the project became more than a build. Through that experience, Amy developed a deep connection to the landscape, the pace, and the way homes could exist in harmony with their surroundings.
As owner of Stella & Sloan, our affiliated interior design company, Amy ensures that every project benefits from full vertical integration—seamlessly coordinating architecture, construction, and interior design. Her hands-on approach and construction expertise form the foundation of Snow Peak’s commitment to tailored, enduring, and thoughtfully built homes.
