Justin brings strategic leadership, operational expertise, and financial acumen to Snow Peak. As Director of Operations, he oversees the company’s systems, processes, and back-end operations, ensuring every project runs efficiently, on budget, and in alignment with client expectations. His focus on organization, resource management, and operational excellence allows the team to deliver a seamless, high-performing experience from concept through completion.

Justin’s deep love for the Tetons fuels his passion for growing Snow Peak in this remarkable region, guiding the company with intention and purpose while maintaining the structure and stability that make every project possible.

Amy has spent over two decades building homes in Oklahoma, earning trust through consistency, craftsmanship, and long-standing client relationships. Her work is rooted in reliability and care—values that continue to guide every project she undertakes. When a longtime client asked her to build their vacation home in Driggs, Idaho, the project became more than a build. Through that experience, Amy developed a deep connection to the landscape, the pace, and the way homes could exist in harmony with their surroundings.

As owner of Stella & Sloan, our affiliated interior design company, Amy ensures that every project benefits from full vertical integration—seamlessly coordinating architecture, construction, and interior design. Her hands-on approach and construction expertise form the foundation of Snow Peak’s commitment to tailored, enduring, and thoughtfully built homes.
